Transporting Gospel Literature from the Source to the Need
About Gospel Transport and Distribution
Gospel Transport is not a one person ministry. Brother Sid Madden, the founder and director, is coordinating with printing and collating ministries, to get the needed Scriptures down to our warehouse on the border. He is based in southern Ohio, and works closely with his son Jason Madden, who does a lot of the transporting of scripture between printers and collators, as well as getting the literature to our warehouse in south Texas. We are blessed to have a number of other ministries, which help us with moving scripture as well.
There is also brother Rodney Madden, Sid's younger brother, who works in what is one of the largest open air markets in Texas, right on the border. This particular market is open seven days a week, and we have an established location at that market, along with supplying numerous other soul winners on both sides of the border. Gospel Transport is responsible for personally handing Gospel Literature to multiplied thousands of individuals, apart from the millions of pieces of scripture being shipped to soul winners farther into Mexico and beyond!
Operating as field director, working out of the warehouse in Weslaco, Texas, is brother Jack Ferguson, who oversees the shipping and receiving of the truck loads among other things. He is generally available to travel to churches to preach and present the Gospel Transport Ministry, promoting what God is doing to get his Word into the hands of those who so desperately need it in these final days.
